Your tasks

As a social worker in the reception team, you will, together with your colleagues, be the first contact for all incoming cases and will be responsible for preliminary assessments, emergency accommodation assessments, LVM and LVU assessments, and forwarding cases to colleagues.

You are confident in your profession and comfortable prioritizing and making quick decisions as you will often face situations that require immediate attention. Your ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to different situations is important, and you thrive in a varied everyday life.

Your competence

We are looking for someone with an interest in social work and the courage to make a difference.

You have a degree in social work or another relevant bachelor's degree along with previous experience of authority exercise within social services. You are used to documenting your work, and knowledge of addiction care, rental legislation, LVU, and LVM is an advantage for the position. It is also positive if you have training in social law.

We appreciate your ability to create meaningful relationships and collaborate effectively. As an individual, you are attentive, show interest and understanding for others. Your approach is crucial, where you, with a focus on service and empathy, guide clients correctly and create a positive experience.

In the reception team, you will have the chance to be involved and contribute to meeting the needs of a varied target group. You belong to the Housing Social Unit, which helps adults with housing social issues, and the Adult Unit, which supports adults with harmful use and addiction.

In connection with the interview, you need to prove your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or a personal certificate along with an ID document. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, the EEA, or Switzerland, you must show that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit.
